here’s how it works
We’ll meet for 6 sessions over the course of either 6 or 12 weeks (your choice).
The recommended journey is 3 wellness sessions and 3 movement sessions. However, you get to choose. For example, you might decide to do 4 wellness sessions and 2 movement sessions.
All sessions can be done virtually or-in person (or a mix thereof!).
Between sessions, we will have weekly check-ins via a voice messaging app.
