Be. Wild. Create. Wellness Workshops
Connect with others. remember your creativity.
Join us for weekend workshops designed to help you remember your playfulness and inner creative, connect to the living world, and inspire you to live your most aligned, vibrant life.
Saturday, February 11th | 10:30am – 1pm
Developing the practical skills for Self-Connection, Listening, and Expression can have a profound impact on the quality of connection experienced with our loved ones. Whether you currently talk every day, just a few times a year at holidays and gatherings, or aren’t on speaking terms, there are tools available within the Non-Violent Communication framework that can shift towards better meeting needs for connection, understanding, and belonging.
During this Non-Violent Communication workshop (also known as Compassionate Communication) we will explore and learn to:
● Understand how our efforts to connect can be affected by unconscious perceptions of danger that can keep us separate, and how to regain calm and ease.
● Engage others in a way that creates peaceful, satisfying connections especially when they are reacting.
● Experience our true selves; able to address our reactions, confident, present, satisfied, and connected.
● Learn to listen to, and be heard by, others in a way that increases understanding, collaboration and closeness.
Thursdays starting November 10th | 6:45 – 7:45pm
Beate will take you playfully into an exploration of anatomy, self-awareness, and mindfulness, offering tools to find integrity and inner strength so that you can find ease and joy in your movement. The small group format allows us to learn from each other, honing our observation skills and senses, while at the same time attending to individual needs. Join us for an exploration into the inner workings of our bodies.
Class will meet for six (non-consecutive) Thursdays starting 11/10, including: 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, 12/22, and 12/29.
RATES: 6 week series: $180, single class $45
Class size limited to 6 participants.

Community Acupuncture means that you will receive your acupuncture treatment in an open, quiet, comfortable room with other people there. In our space you will be laying on tables, and you do not need to undress (you should ideally wear loose comfortable clothes that roll up to your elbows and knees). On your first visit, your practitioner will review your intake form, do a short interview and put some tiny “pins” in, and leave you to relax or nap for about 20-40 minutes. Our acupuncturists have lots of experience treating pain management, fertility, anxiety/depression, digestion problems, stress, insomnia, sports medicine, and much more.
